Check for Duplicate EIDs in PCC

Question: How do I check whether I have duplicate EIDs in PCC?

Answer: If you refresh PCC from DairyComp 305 and the system finds duplicate EIDs, PCC notifies you. Follow the steps below to acknowledge and fix the duplicate EIDs:

Simply click Acknowledge in PCC, then fix the duplicate EIDs in DC305:

In DC305, open the Server Configuration screen by entering SERVER/3in the command line.

At the bottom of the Server Configuration screen, click Check for Duplicates:
