CowCards

The CowCard is an animal's record in DairyComp; it tells us a great deal about the animal's birth date, sire identification, breeding status, health, production, and more. CowCards are also the foundation from which all reports are made. One of the CowCard's greatest features, however, is the extent to which you can customize the information it displays and how it presents that information.

As illustrated below, there are several ways to open a CowCard.

  1. Enter the ID number of the animal in the command line.

    OR

  2. Click the CowCards button in the options menu on the left.

    OR

  3. Click the CowCard tab toward the bottom of the window.
